Waiting on The Lord.....Is very hard!

Psalm 37:6-8 King James Version (KJV)
And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.
Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

Wow! I might be an alien in today's world of let man be our directive; and not let's wait on the Lord. I have been waiting for the Lord to show me direction, on what to do in and for His kingdom.

Like my last post I have been in this growth for 15 weeks; and I am still waiting for a word from the Lord; and I have read hundreds of His promises. I have been meditating on God's word to keep me encouraged.  I am now past stuck; and now I want to know, "how I possibly lost 17 years of my life"--searching for my PURPOSE. Searching for his calling in my life; and where do I start.

I was born and raised in New York City; and I'm healing in South Carolina. I have had ups and downs, my droughts in my present life hits several areas of my personal and professional life. I have been fasting, praying and reading the Bible for growth, so I can get a Word and Direction from the Lord. But the waiting........

I want to know what God wants me to do. I am tried of working for man, 'How did Kathleen Kuhlman, CH Spurgeon, Oswald Chamber (Utmost of His Highest) and George Muller (the man of faith and prayer from the 1800s)', stay patient waiting on the Lord? I want to know what happens to those who wait on the Lord; and seeing the breakthrough to His answers to your prayers, for His  PURPOSE in your life.

I'll close with a prayer from the verses of Psalm 39:

Oh Precious Lord Jesus, Lord of Hosts. Whom we humbly come before with praise and thanksgiving; and as we lift up our supplications and petitions, to your throne of Grace, please be merciful to us: Your broken and sinful creation. We were made for your  praise and worship. Right now, Some come redeemed and some seek redemption. Forgive us of our wicked lives, and thank you for dying, raising again and forgiving our sins. Please  come into our lives; and be our Personal Savior. We can't do it without you, Lord Jesus. We need you for everything, especially the purpose that you placed in our mother's womb, when you made us (ps.139)
You said in your word:  I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me. Lord, make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it is: that I may know how frail I am.Surely every man walk in a vain shows: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heaps up riches, and knows not who shall gather them. And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope is in thee.  Deliver me from all my transgressions: make me not the reproach of the foolish.  I was dumb, I opened not my mouth; because thou didst it. 10 Remove thy stroke away from me: I am consumed by the blow of your hand. 11 When thou with rebukes dost correct man for iniquity, thou makes his beauty to consume away like a moth: surely every man is vanity. Selah. 12 Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were. 13 O spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more.
In Jesus Name, Amen

Until next time......

17 Years of waiting on the Lord (Part 2) : with PERSEVERANCE And GROWTH under the Blood of Jesus

2 Timothy 1:7   For God has not given us the Spirit of FEAR; but of POWER,
LOVE & Sound MIND

Looking back on the 17 years of boot camp to the Maturity in Christ.  I have found out, that one lesson in maturing in Christ is you have to kill FEAR.

I remember reading somewhere, that FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real.
It should be: Fighting Enemies, Armed Righteously; because you cannot grow in Christ unless you are FEARLESS.

It's not easy to become FEARLESS; but if you trust in God and let Him fight your battles you are bound to be transformed into a warrior like David.

You can only imagine little David, when he fought Goliath; he had to be a little fearful. But what did he say to Goliath before he started to fight him: (I Samuel 17:45,46) " Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comes to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou has defied. (46) This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcasses of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fouls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the may know that there is a God in Israel.

That's FEARLESS. He did not look at his inexperience or size; he knew that he was not the one to win the battle with Goliath, but the Lord.

I had to learn that lesson over and over again, every time the Lord helped me overcome; one obstacle after another. I grew more and more fearless.

Remember: Once you take your eyes off your problems, and look at the promises of God in His word--You'll become Invincible.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, NOT the problem......I read the end of the book.
                                                 WE   WIN!!!!!!

Stay victorious and prayed up!!!!!
Drop the FEAR at the door, and pickup INVINCIBLE

17 years of WAITING ON the LORD: Is it a wait or TRANSFORMATION to Service in the Lord's Kingdom?

Psalm 40: 1 I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a
                    rock, and established my goings.

Hello My Beloves.....I missed you so much; and I have so much to
tell you in the growth and movement of the Lord in my life.

Since the last time I wrote to you back in 2015, who would believe that is 3 years ago. And so much has happen in my life: personally. professionally and spiritually. I want to address this blog towards you,  the human creations of the most high God, that He is not sleeping; and he sees everything going on around us.

I have lost many loved ones since our last blog; and I have gained a new personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ in my life. One of my Best Friends, Christine A. Bailey and my beloved Father Maurice A. Scatliffe has transitioned from life to death in the last 2 years. I have learned from both of their lives: and their impact which has touched me by knowing them,  that we all have a PURPOSE in this PRESENT called LIFE.

Most times to find out your God ordianed purpose, you migh have to WAIT.  You and I do not like to wait, especially being from America, the land of the microwave living. What do you do when The Lord Jesus Christ forces you to wait and only depend on him?  In my case I really couldn't find people, who truly understood the stalemate going on in my life, that has spanned nearly 2 decades. No one who hasn't gone through similar situations will understand or condone it. They might secretly judge you and your so-called walk with GOD.

No.....I will not let my melancholy temperment be negative, I will stand encouraging, uplifting and gentle.

People do not have to understand; because my testimony outcome is myunique story. One that the Lord looked at my whole life story; before I was even formed (psalm 139); and said: I will name you JEWEL, a percious diamond - that will have some pressures, but through it all the outcome will be the highest clarity and brillant. It will be beautiful.

I think to myself about Joseph and what he went through to be necessary for the Children of Israel during the 7/7 years of feast and famine. His earthy father saw his uniquesness with the multi-colored coat. The Lord revealed through a dream his future,  when he was young. His future promotion. The Lord did not show;  the pain that was necessary to make him more humbled; due to pride displayed when he told his brothers what his dreams showed. Then Joseph had to go through the WAIT period, WOW it was crazy what he endured: attempted murder by his brothers, sold into slavery, accused of rape,  falsely imprisoned, helped his new friends with revelation of their dreams- only to be betrayed; and not pardoned. (read Joseph's story starting with Genesis 30)

Joseph had to WAIT, for the prefect time of Breakthrough. Too early or too late, would promote MISCARRIAGE.

WAIT

If we don't learn what God is teaching us in the wait, we might become bitter, anger, or disenchanted. WAIT will separate the wheat from the tarries. WAIT will push us to only depend on God, man will not be able to stand that long with us; unless there's a benefit. WAIT there is so many lessons learned in the wait: GOD provision, love, mercy, grace and supernatural power. WAIT.......only FAITH is cooked too perfection in the WAIT.  Money, material gains, and other imperishable goods cannot wait too long, they all have an expiration date.

I can't tell you what will happen after you WAIT for something, what the BREAKTHROUGH looks like and why it's taking so long.

Don't forget, I told you before in my first blog website,  about the Breakthough and why it might be held, it could be possibly due to  up 5 reasons:

  1. Unforgiveness or Hidden Sin,
  2. Prideful or Venegeful Intentions,
  3. Not in connection with the Will of God,
  4. It needs its perfect script for the ultimate testimony,
  5. or  YOU, you need to learn to WAIT on the Lord -  totally dependence on HIM!
I understand your frustration, but let's see what happens. You might outdo Joseph's story.

Press my soldiers under the Blood, we win in the End; no matter the outcome.

Bye until next time,

Prayer:

Most Gracious and Heavenly Father:
We thank you for the gift you have given us with your son Jesus Christ. We thank you for his death and resurrection, that allows us to accept his as our Lord and Savior to forgive us of our sins. Please Lord right now we ask for extra strength, so we can continue to wait. Reveal through your word what might be the delay of our breakthrough; that we have learn through this message today; and reveal it to us through your word, Holy Spirit or anointed servants of God that we have discerned: walks in your anointing. And please Lord God give us the instructions and steps to correct or stand in that knowledge of that, so we can wait for that appointed time. (Habbakkuk 2)
Thank You Lord Jesus in advance for everything you have done; and continue to do in our lives. And we will continue to give you the victory and praise now and forever more.

In Jesus Name.
